What makes Gangplank dangerous

Gangplank pokes with Parrley (Q), cleanses CC and heals with Orange (W), and plants powder kegs (E) that chain-explode for massive burst when he shoots them. His ultimate rains cannon fire anywhere on the map. Left to farm, he becomes an unkillable one-shot machine.

How to play against Gangplank
