What makes Tahm Kench dangerous

Tahm Kench stacks An Acquired Taste to DEVOUR: allies get spat to safety, enemies get chewed and spat with damage. His tongue slows and stuns at stacks, grey health thickens his hide, and his ultimate dives from below with a shockwave.

How to counter Tahm Kench

• 1Count your stacks: three tongue-hits = devour or stun window.
• 2His devour save has a long cooldown — force it, then re-pick the carry.
• 3Grey health decays: burst-disengage-burst beats sustained slaps.
• 4%HP damage answers his mountains of health.

What are Tahm Kench's weaknesses?

• ✓Painfully slow and dash-less between spells.
• ✓The save (ally devour) is a long cooldown one-trick.
• ✓Kited freely in open lanes.
• ✓Low real threat when stacks never build.

  Devour
