What makes Rek'Sai dangerous

Rek'Sai burrows to move fast and sense enemies through fog, erupts with a knock-up, tunnels across walls, and her ultimate executes a marked target for missing-health damage. Her early game is one of the strongest — expect level 2-3 ganks and constant skirmishes.

How to play against Rek'Sai

• 1Respect her early: ward deep and don't skirmish 1v1 in her jungle pre-6.
• 2Destroy her tunnels — it removes her map mobility and escape routes.
• 3Her ult needs a mark (recent damage): break line long enough and it can't execute you.
• 4She falls off — drag the game long and group.

  Rek'Sai generates Fury by Attacking and hitting with basic Abilities. She consumes this Fury while Burrowed to restore health.

  Strong: burrowed she senses enemies through fog and moves fast. Weak: burrowed she can't auto-attack and has less vision range up close.

  Queen's Wrath / Prey Seeker

  Rek'Sai's next 3 basic attacks deal bonus Physical Damage to nearby enemies.While Burrowed, Rek'Sai launches a burst of void-charged earth that damages and reveals enemies hit.

  Strong: burrowed Q is ranged poke; unburrowed — bonus damage on autos. Weak: the burrowed bolt is a thin dodgeable line.

  Burrow / Un-burrow

  Rek'Sai burrows into the ground, gaining new abilities and increased Move Speed. Her vision range is reduced and she cannot use basic attacks.While Burrowed, Rek'Sai may cast Unburrow to knock up and damage nearby enemies.

  Strong: unburrowing knocks up everyone around — her gank opener. Weak: it's her ONLY hard CC — bait the unburrow and trade right after.

  Furious Bite / Tunnel

  Rek'Sai bites her target, dealing physical damage, or bonus true damage if she has max Fury.While Burrowed, Rek'Sai creates a re-usable, long lasting tunnel. Enemies can destroy it by standing on top of either entrance.

  Strong: tunnels cross walls and stay as escape routes; the bite does true damage at full fury. Weak: tunnels are destroyable — clear them and she loses her mobility net.

  Void Rush

  Rek'Sai passively marks targets by damaging them. She can activate this ability to become briefly untargetable and lunge at a marked target for heavy damage based on their maximum health.

  Strong: an untargetable execute dive on a marked target. Weak: needs a recent-damage mark — break contact briefly and the execute is unavailable.
